Klima Allianz (Climate Alliance)

The Klima-Allianz is a coalition of over 160 organisations from the environmental, development, church, youth, trade union and consumer protection sectors. Together, they campaign for an ambitious, fair and science-based Swiss climate policy. Their work centres on climate justice and protecting the foundations of life in Switzerland and in the Global South.

Since 1977, fairunterwegs promotes socially and environmentally responsible tourism. The association informs travellers and the industry and draws attention to human rights and fair working conditions in tourism.

umverkehR

umverkehR is an independent association that has campaigned for sustainable mobility since 1992. It aims to reduce private motorised traffic and to strengthen rail, bus, tram, cycling and walking. To this end, it runs campaigns, popular initiatives and referendums.

railOn

RailOn is an Austrian start-up offering rail holidays across Europe. Train tickets, accommodation and admission tickets come in one package, for individual travellers as well as groups, schools and associations. This makes climate-friendly travel by train simple and convenient.

Klimagrosseltern (Climate Grandparents)

The Klimagrosseltern are a non-partisan movement of older people committed to preserving liveable conditions on Earth for future generations. They promote climate-friendly lifestyles and support the younger generation through actions and intergenerational dialogue. The movement began in French-speaking Switzerland in 2014 and is now active across the country in regional groups.

Klimastadt Zürich (Climate City Zurich)

The Verein Klimastadt Zürich was founded in 2019 and works to advance climate action in the city of Zurich. The non-profit association is politically and financially independent and is active in the areas of politics, sustainable building, solar energy and mobility.

No 50-Degree Summers

“No 50-Degree-Summers” is a broad alliance of over 170 organisations, including environmental groups, trade unions, political parties and the Climate Strike movement. It calls for consistent climate action and better heat protection for those most at risk.
